Ok, so now that everyone knows how much my walk to Emmaus has changed me, it’s time for me to once again start using this blog for the original purpose that I intended for it to have… to talk about all my different hobbies and kicks!
So I made a Journal for my fiancee as a gift when she came back from Emmaus. I’ve been wanting to get into journal making (as I like to make lots of stuff), and I have tried my hand at a few, but I do think this is the best one I’ve made so far! I wish I had taken a picture to post up here, and I may do it later. I also had a tool party Saturday that my brother and his wife threw for me. It was a lot of fun, and I got a lot of tools (and even one of my dad’s toolboxes, which really means a lot to me). What’s so exciting about this, though, is that not only do I now have tools that I’ve been needing to make repairs when they need to be made, but I also have tools to expand my “making stuff” skills!
So, with that being said, it looks like this year for Christmas, people are going to be getting home made gifts from me. So far I can make Journals and Scarfs…. so either you should be expecting one of those, or hope I learn how to make some more stuff before then!
