Well, can you? Of course not. Unfortunately many people act that way with their lives when they plan certain seeds (or no seeds) and expect to get other results. In other words, if you want a closer relationship with God, then you have to plant seeds through prayer, the bible, church, etc. You can’t skip church, spend all your time on the internet or watching tv, read magazines and expect to grow closer to God. The same can be said for losing weight or getting in shape. If you want to get in shape, you have to plant seeds through exercise and healthy eating. Pizza and Beer can be seeds, but they won’t help you lose weight.
So if there is something you really want to do, make it a goal and then find out what seeds you need to plant in order to accomplish the goal. Don’t go around saying you don’t have enough time either. You have the same amount of time as everyone else on this planet. The question is, what do you do with that time? Pay attention to what you spend your time doing and what you fill your life with. When you decide you want different results than what you are currently getting, then find out what changes you need to make, and DO IT! Don’t keep doing the same things while expecting different results. Instead make the changes to get those results!
