  1. If you can’t get fresh veggies, or they aren’t the greatest, get frozen instead of canned. They’re probably going to be a little bit more expensive than canned, but also maybe cheaper than fresh. Plus, they have way more nutrients than the canned variety due to them being flash frozen as opposed to having everything cooked out of them like the cans. 🙂
