Who has eaten baked tilapia for breakfast? As of this morning I can say that I have… and it was just as tasty at 8 am as it would have been at 6 pm! Hopefully we’ll have some eggs soon, though, and we can save the fish for dinner.
Once again I feel great today, other than the last bit of congestion lingering in my head. I do think this is the longest I have had a cold in quite some time. That plus the rainy/gloomy day has kept me sleepy, but even so I can still tell I have more energy. We’re picking back up our 5k training after work too, so I can really put this energy to the test!
Ok, we went running and it was tough. I started back at Day 1 in C25K and at first I thought it was going to be a ton easier. I was wrong. I did have the energy, but my body isn’t quite used to me using it like that yet. My legs started hurting almost immediately, and I did cramp up again at the end, but this time the cramp wasn’t as painful as it was two weeks ago.
So while running still isn’t as easy as I want it to be, I did feel some improvement, and I know it will only get better as we continue doing it.
Right now it’s bed time, and honestly, I’m super excited about getting to eat some eggs tomorrow morning! I also got on Pinterest and found a bunch of good Whole 30 recipes I want to try… but that will be for other blogs!
