I feel like it’s starting to become routine… and that’s a good thing! Eating the good stuff is becoming much easier and I’m feeling much better.
We went running again today as well, and I felt much better than I did on Monday. I still think I like bike riding more, but maybe I can get to where I like running too. I could pick up swimming as well and maybe just maybe… well ok, I won’t jump ahead of myself, lol.
