Half way there! I still don’t quite feel the tiger blood flowing through my veins, but I am noticing even more changes. My clothes are fitting better and my stomach definitely doesn’t feel as big as it was.
We took the scale over to our neighbor’s house so we can’t weigh ourselves until it’s all over, but I know I’ve lost weight. I just don’t knkw hkw much.
The cooking is getting easier too. I eat a lot of eggs, a lot of times for breakfast and lunch, and then dinner has been either beef, fish or chicken. The one thing I still need to figure out is how to cook greens and make them taste good. I’ll figure it iut eventually.
We’ve been doing C25K as well and tonight was my second time on week 1 day 3. It was easier than Monday, but I think I still need at least one more shot at day 3 before I move on to week 2. I may not get there as fast as I wanted, but I will get there!
So, back to food. What does everyone else do with collards, turnip greens or mustartd greens tk make them taste better? Also, other than kale and spinach, what other greens are your favorites? I really want to get more of them on our plates so any ideas woukd be much appreciated!
